Two Brothers V.A.L.E.™ Dual Exhaust System for Yamaha Rhino 700
2008-09 Yamaha Rhino 700 V.A.L.E.™ Dual Exhaust Systems: Add our V.A.L.E.™ Dual exhaust system and turn on the power. Custom designed for the Rhino 700, you'll see both torque and horsepower increases over the OEM system.
Our new M-7 V.A.L.E.™ exhaust systems feature our exclusive Teflon coated, blunted, cast magnesium outlet and our exclusive X-Lite™ retaining ring. These exclusive Two Brother Racing features not only look great, but also significantly reduce the weight of the exhaust system.
The V.A.L.E.™ inlet design eliminates the use of springs and creates an adjustable mount that is rock solid when fixed in place. The system also features a precision mandrel bent, thinwall s-bend tube, and for a full system, a header pipe custom fit for each model.
The P4 PowerTip™ was developed to fill the gap between the P1 and P3 sound reducing tips. The P4 is less restrictive than our P3 but quieter than the P1, reducing sound output between 3-5 dB on most pipes. Power loss is minimal. Not recommended for use with a spark arrestor screen.
Like all of our other sound suppressors, the P4 is very easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M-7 endcap, drop in the P4 and reassemble.
Note: The P4 is only intended for use with our M series outlets.
The P3 is designed to be used with the supplied spark arrestor screens in our Stainless/Aluminum ATV & MX exhaust systems. A straight-through sound diffuser, the TBR P3 PowerTip™ quiets most pipes between 6-8 dB with only a minimal loss of horsepower. An easy and cost effective method of helping to keep your vehicle in compliance with new noise regulations. Easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M series endcap, drop in the P3 and reassemble.
Note: Due to potential heat build-up, the P3 is not intended for use with our Titanium or Carbon Fiber ATV & MX muffler canisters or the Rhino 660 exhaust system.
Our P1 PowerTip™ sound suppressor is a recommended accessory for our exhaust systems with M series endcaps. A straight-through sound diffuser, the TBR PowerTip™ quiets the pipe to about 2-3 dB with no significant reduction in horsepower. Not recommended for use with a spark arrestor screen.
Easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M series endcap, drop in the P1 and reassemble.

U.S. Forestry Service approved Spark Arrestors are included with all M-7 V.A.L.E.™ off-road slip-on exhaust systems. These tips mute the exhaust tone slightly with absolutely no loss of horsepower. Additionally these tips prevent the introduction of foreign matter into the exhaust system. This spark arrestor DOES NOT fit, nor is it intended to be used with the C2, C4 or C5 mufflers.
